Super Oyo Townhouse 2 Hotel Gunung Sahari - Jakarta

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing good information about transportation options. The rooms were spacious and had a great view from the 6th floor. The hotel also offered free towels and access to the pool.

dirty room, dirty bed, they ask you for a massage the half price of it for tips (100 000 R + 50 000 R) and girls try to have sex with you, the breakfast was cold (rice, tempe, ...), staff is always trying to have some tips for anything

the room tariff is ok. the location is very near to shopping mall and Pasar Besar for shopping. The public transport very easy to get. This hotel provide wifi zone n we can log to internet at anytime.

the aircond so slow. the hotel signboard is very small and hard to fine. The breakfast menu..o god...the serve only two menu a day with coffee n tea..The lobby area and breakfast area are attach, so its a smoking area too...o god..this is worse..bear in mind that no wifi in bedroom! The room look quite old and they wall mirror is so dusty..but finally since the room tariff is in our budget...got to accept those thing...overall, just ok for sleeping..

We had a romantic escape and the hotel's spacious room and comfortable mattress made it perfect. The location was ideal, close to the train station and easy access to PCR test places for international flights. We enjoyed the view of the city from our room and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel's WiFi signal was very poor, only usable at the lobby. The staff could have improved their English communication.

Not really clean, I saw some insect crawling in the room and some of them bite me during the night

The hotel does absolutely not deserve 3 stars. The set is very dilapidated and dirty.

The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions and public transportation. the room was spacious and had comfortable beds. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options.

Some areas of the hotel were poorly maintained. Some amenities in our room were not working properly and the facilities, including the pool area, were not well-kept.

iron is not provided but you have to pay them for ironing your item and it was crinkle upon received. only 1 hanger is available in the cupboard.

I sked for a low pillow and to my surprise I got one!knowing that almost in all hotels it is impossible to get one,well done,staff excellent

The lokation and the mini bar prices as they charged for a very small bottle of water 330 ml 10.000 r which comes for a large bottle to 4 euros absolutely crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice, professional staff. Spacious, clean room. Hot water in shower. Helpful and friendly staff. Free refill mineral water. Kettle in room. Great view from 6th floor. Free towels and pool. Cheap if booked in advance.

The staffs are friendly and nice. However, for the breakfast, no plain water was served, thus we need to buy and pay seperately for it. The food offers was ok, which is compatible with the hotel price

The snacks and plain water was kept in the fridge and no notes indicating that the food is chargeable. Very misleading as we thought it was the complimentary from the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which wasn't fancy but still good. we would highly recommend staying here!
